My item is faulty, what do I do?Updated a year ago

At Swimwear Galore we pride ourselves on stocking high quality swimwear, clothing and accessories but sometimes these things happen! 

Swimwear Galore has the right to assess the age and condition of returned merchandise that has been worn prior to processing a refund or exchange. Unless the merchandise is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided after use. 

For online orders download your Faulty Assessment form here to fill out and return to us with your faulty garment.
