I have a problem with my order, what do I do?Updated a year ago

If we missed an item from your order, you received the wrong item, or your item is faulty, please contact Customer Service Team by email at [email protected] as soon as possible with; 


• Your order number 
• Style number, colour and size 
• Two or more photos of the item and swing tag 
 
In-Store Purchases


If an item that you have purchased in one of our stores is faulty, we ask that you please take this item back into store so that a faulty assessment can be conducted. Ensure you bring your receipt and your item with you.
