Can I return an online order in-store?Updated 8 months ago

Yes! If you placed an online order and want to return it, you can do so at one of our physical stores. Just bring in the item you want to return, along with your invoice and our team will handle the rest! 

Please note: Although you may try on an item, all return products must be in new and unused condition, with swing tickets and hygiene stickers attached. 

Please ensure that items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.

*For hygiene purposes Modibodi products cannot be returned if packaging has been opened.
